Simply scald chickens in hot water to make the feathers soft (We also sell the scalder seperately), then drop 3 to 5 birds into the tub (Depending on bird size). In 20-30 seconds or less, the birds will be picked clean. No pin feathers, no backache. Simple to use & easy to clean!
